The client had a rusted out chase cover and extension on their boiler chimney. When we went out for a site visit we could see that the chase and extension needed to be replaced. You can see pictures of the rusted out chimney extension in the “Before” pictures for this project.

For this installation we permitted and erected 70 feet of scaffold to access the work area for the duration of the project. All of our technicians are required to have a 30hour scaffold card.

We removed the rusted out stack and chase cover. We fabricated and installed a new custom chase cover and a 40 foot chimney extension using 12gage stainless steel. We mounted assembly brackets into the external wall to support and secure the newly installed chimney extension.
