Replaced Breeching
East 74th ST 10021
The breeching in this garage was not gas tight and needs to be replaced. We obtained the proper permit for this work.
We closed off the work area to contain dust while working.
The breeching run in the garage was replaced with 12gage stainless steel full seam welded pipe.
We installed clean out doors every 15’ as required by NYC DOB.
We closed up all the walls with brick and cinder block.
Once the breeching was installed and supported with hangars we insulted it with a 2part insulation system approved by NYC DOB
